A name change

I've been doing a lot of thinking lately about this little blog. I absolutely love my blog and I love keeping it updated. I like writing. I like posting the pictures and keeping track of the little things that happen in our lives. I enjoy following other blogs. Blogging doesn't feel like work to me. It comes naturally. Recently though,  I've found myself thinking about WHY I blog and the purpose behind it.

Originally, I wanted this blog to be about teaching my kiddos what it means to be compassionate. I wanted to teach them how to help others, regardless of how small the task may seem. In theory, this is a GREAT idea and I still want to do it (and I will) but the more I write the more I find myself writing more about what we are up to on a daily basis. The funny and not so funny things that happen. Almost like an online journal that I share with our family and friends. My hope is that someday my boys will be able to look back and see all of the things we did while they were growing up. Because of this, I feel like the title of my blog is misleading and I have decided to change it. In the next couple of weeks, the appearance and title will be changing but its still just me blogging about my boys. That is where my heart lies and that is what I want to focus on.  Teaching them how to be a kind, caring and compassionate little people falls within all that. I'm looking forward to the change!
